About Me

My Story

I’m a healthcare strategy and business development executive with more than 15 years of experience leading growth, partnerships, and commercialization across the medtech industry.


At Stryker, Philips, and Johnson & Johnson, I built and led teams responsible for product development and launches, strategic planning, partnerships, and M&A diligence and deal-making — initiatives that shaped corporate roadmaps, drove portfolio expansion, and accelerated innovation. Over the course of my career, I’ve evaluated hundreds of startups and structured partnerships that bridged technology and clinical impact.


I’ve seen firsthand what makes an idea resonate — and what makes it fall flat. 


The difference is rarely the data; it’s the story. 


Through my consulting practice, I help healthcare and medtech organizations prepare for their most critical moments — investor pitches, partnership discussions, and strategic planning — by aligning business strategy with compelling storytelling.
